job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Initial point of contact for employees calling into the Employee Contact Center with HR-related questions or concerns
  • Quickly analyze employee inquiries and utilize system resources to provide accurate guidance or resolution
  • Demonstrate patience and ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • De-escalate situations through the use of effective communication techniques and involve supervisor as necessary
  • Maintain employee privacy where appropriate and follow defined standard and protocols for security and confidentiality

What you'll have :

  • Associate’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Human Resources team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 50 or more words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar

Training Schedule :

  • First 4 weeks of training 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-4pm Friday
  • Last 2 weeks of training times vary anytime between 7am-6pm Mon-Thurs, and 7am-4pm Friday

Post-Training Shifts available between the following hours :

  • 7am 6pm (M-TH)
  • 7am 4pm (F)

This is a HYBRID role - Mon / Wed / Thu will be in office and Tue / Fri will be remote
